A little break from Christmas

I have been seeing hardly anything but Christmas cards for the past few weeks  and it's nice to have a little break from that and to show a couple of Design Team samples using other images.

First up, here is a sweet card from Tracey using April who actually works quite well as a wintry image don't you think?

Next here's a fab card wallet project from Merry who has promised to do a little tutorial for this as soon as she has enough time, looking forward to that. She has used the Poppies image beautifully!

Finally for today a male card, Carol Ann has used Joey to make this great easel card for her
nephew's birthday next week.

Hope these inspire you to take a break from the Christmas cards for a little while :o)

Firstly 3 cards from Merry using Xmas Owl - love the different colourways!

Then Gillian has used Snowbaby's Gift to make this cute card with it's gorgeous ribbon.

Pop back tomorrow for some non-Christmas card from the design team.

Design Team do Christmas

We're back to Christmas again here, the design team have been using old & new holiday
images for their cards and I'm loving the results!
Here we have Winter Jessica,  one of the older images, from Sandra, I love how she looks
in her red coat & hat.

Next up is a new digi stamp for Christmas 2010, Snowbaby's Gift
and here are cards from, first Merry & then Sandra showing two completely different colour schemes:

and finally for tonight Gillian has made a lovely card using Buttons Snowman:

Thanks girls, I'm loving all these sparkly, glittery Christmas cards!

Chloe

Two of my new design team have been playing around with one of my own favourite images Chloe - find her on the sidebar and I love the results! Sheila has made a lovely birthday card and Tracey has used the image to create a birthday wall plaque - after the birthday the tag can be removed and the plaque hung on a wall - I'm sure any little girl would be delighted with this. Great job girls!

Announcing my new Design Team

Thanks so much to everyone who expressed an interest in joining my brand new Design Team, I have looked at some lovely blogs whilst trying to choose a team and after a great deal of deliberation I have chosen the following 8 terrific crafters to help me showcase my digi stamps:

I will be starting a new challenge blog in January with fun packed fortnightly challenges and the team will be joined by a new Guest Designer every month, but for now I will leave you with some
of the fabulous cards the design team have created with my latest Christmas digi stamps
- they have really brought the images to life don't you think?

Sandra

I think you'll all agree, they've done a fantastic job!

Here are another two cards I've made using my latest images Rose and Insight.

Because I find it difficult to find the time to make many samples I am currently looking for a few designers who might like to join a Design Team to promote my images - I won't be asking for more than 1 project per fortnight. If you are interested please get in touch by email before the end of October with a link to your blog so I can pay you a visit. (email address is under my profile)
