Here is my first card made using one of my
new images - April, hope you like it!

My sister Gillian has just started a blog and the first card she has posted was for my niece Rachael whose birthday was on Wednesday. It was made with a combo of two of my digi stamps - I think it's just great and I'm sure
Rachael was delighted with it.

Winter Wonderland Blog Hop

I made this card yesterday for the Winter Wonderland Blog hop and challenge which finishes on Saturday Feb 6th, their theme is Candy Cane Red & White.
I didn't have much in the way of candy canes so I stamped some to create a backing paper (although this is not a necessity for the challenge). I used my own digi stamp Sweet Snowbaby for the image and coloured it with promarkers and finished it off with some glitter on the furry cuffs. I think the sentiment is from Elzybelles although I couldn't find it in their current selection.The ribbon I got at Tesco amongst the Christmas wrapping!

The One World One Heart event has been organised by Lisa who says:

WHAT IS ONE WORLD ONE HEART?

I created this event in 2007. The original idea behind this giveaway event was to bring bloggers together from around the world who may never ordinarily meet. It closes the gap of the blog community and enables us to interact, discover new and wonderful people, and in the process possibly win a prize or many prizes along the way. 2007 had roughly 85-90 participants and many connections were made because of it......friendships that are still going strong.

I decided to take part because, although I have made some great new friends through blogging and sharing my artwork, there is such a huge world out there and I love looking through blogs and websites for inspiration so I want many, many more new friends to visit!

Sweetheart Fairy

I used my digi stamp Sweetheart Fairy to make this Valentine's card for 3 challenges:

Moving Along with the Times - Sketch

I coloured her with watercolour pencils and added some Glamour Dust on her wings. The backing papers are from Pink Petticoat and the sentiment was a rubdown which came free with a craft magazine last year.

Featuring Lovedove

As promised here is Lovedove, my newest digi stamp made into a card.

I followed a sketch from the Pink Elephant challenge and used backing papers from K&Co, a Martha Stewart punch for the borders and a Nellie Snellen die for the oval ,

My latest digi stamps are all about Morris - named by my youngest son Evan. Like most happy cats he loves to sleep, eat and watch the world go by. For Morris life is just purrfect!
